We have been providing unbiased real estate appraisals and appraisal reviews in the Front Range Colorado Denver Metro area since 1989.  We are a Colorado Division of Real Estate licensed Certified General Appraiser (#CG1313736 - Expires 12-31-2010), General Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute and FHA-approved.   We have extensive expertise in both pre-funding and post funding appraisal review work assisting lenders and private mortgage insurers.   This work includes retrospective appraisal review and  field reviews; some of these reviews have assisted clients in fraud detection. 

Based in southeast Denver, we cover the Metro Denver  cities and counties which have a population of almost 2.8 million people.  The City and County of Denver with its downtown business, cultural and recreational center includes venues for the performing arts as well as major league sports teams.  Suburban cities well-linked by highways and public transportation including buses and light rail surround Denver.  These cities are the location of the majority of the housing stock for the metro area.   Our  appraisal experience in these communities  therefore extends from high density urban to low density suburban acreage properties.
